Our team has been trained and certified in emergency situations. Our goal is to reduce the stress a property loss can cause, so you can go along with life as normal.

Phoenix enjoyed a rare day in May yesterday. With light rain and cloud coverage, our normally warm weather was nowhere in sight. Although Mother Nature may have given us a cool May day, we know the summer heat is right around the corner. Are you prepared? Most people have turned their AC's on for the 90° weather in the previous weeks, yet don't forget to change your air filters before the brunt of the heat is upon us. Below are a few other maintenance tips:

1. Check and change your smoke alarm batteries.
2. Inspect your roof for damage prior to the infamous Phoenix monsoon season.
3. Remove dead tree branches that may fall on your home.
4. Check and drain your water heater, per manufacture guidelines.

Can you believe we are towards the end of the first quarter of 2011? Titan is excited about the upcoming events and growth in our company. The long awaited "Flood House" is finally completed, and we are starting to host classes and training courses for the Restoration Industry. Many do not realize the advantages (and disadvantages) of the multiple drying techniques which have been developed over the years. The classes we are holding will not only explain the differences in the various drying techniques used these days, but you'll have hands on experience. The Flood House truly lives up to its name, as we flood it the night before!

Did you visit the "Gator Shack" at the tradeshow today? Held at the beautiful Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Titan Restoration of AZ created a bayou. With 'gator heads circling around, the object of the game was to make a coin in the gators mouth! Be sure to check out the pictures posted!
