I have been in and out of the industry since the late 90’s. I started as a water tech, and moved up the ranks to the Water Division Manager through years of training and experience. I have managed losses ranging from a few hundred dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I left the industry in 2007 to become a Police Officer until 2013 where I chose to return to the restoration industry. I finally joined Titan Restoration June of 2017 after being friends with the Owner Russ Palmer for more than a Decade. I currently run the Emergency / Mitigation team at Titan Restoration. In my free time I love the outdoors.

Started with Titan: 1/2016

  • B.S. Political Science, A.S.U.

I joined Titan in January 2016 as their Marketing/ Business Development Manager. I was born & raised in Superior, Wisconsin. We moved to Mesa, AZ in January of 1980 & I’ve been living all over the East Valley ever since. Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, & even a few years in Queen Valley! I’m currently living in Northeast Mesa & love this area. I met my husband while we were in high school in Apache Junction, but didn’t start dating until we graduated. (Primarily because he had a crush on my best friend at first!). He likes to say that in our graduating class of 160, I graduated 5th & he was 155th! I attended Arizona State University on a Regent’s Scholarship & graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science, thinking I would go to Law School. But I changed my mind & decided I had enough school. I got married in 1994 in Sedona. My 1st job out of college was in Jewelry doing Accounting & Bookkeeping. It only took a few months before I was out on the sales floor instead & have now been in Sales & Marketing my entire professional life. That’s right, I went to college to become a sales person!

I’ve been married now for almost 22 years & all of our children have fur. Currently, I’m the proud mother of 2 female yellow Labradors, Sandy & Stella, & 3 male cats, rescued Siamese mix brothers Red & Blue, & a proud Balinese, White. (Yes, my husband named our cats Red, White, & Blue).

I am a huge supporter of the Arizona chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Every spring I work as a volunteer for their Bike MS event & am the 7th top fundraiser for them. This year we raised over $4500 to help find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis.

I love to travel. Some of my favorite places are San Francisco, N’awlins, Florence, Italy, Edinburgh, Scotland, & Ontario, Canada.

I am a voracious reader, friend me on Goodreads. I am a hardcore Dave Matthews Band fan & have been to over 32 live shows from coast to coast. I love live theater, & have been an ASU Gammage season ticket holder with my sister in law for 5 years. I enjoy hiking in Usery Mountain Park by our house, spending time with friends & family, I love to fish, & am a fierce competitor on 2 Fantasy Football Leagues. I am the 2017 Titan Restoration Fantasy Football Champion.

Rachel Stewart

Started with Titan: 10/28/2008 (10 years in the industry!)

Certification & Training:

  • Lead Renovator

Rachel Stewart began her career in restoration in 2008 when she was hired at Titan Restoration as a bookkeeper/office manager with the main purpose of putting systems in place to manage and track jobs as well as create financial systems and reporting. She proved to be a very quick learner and results driven, exceeding any milestones laid out for her, and taking on additional roles and projects. As a result, she continued to grow and push as the company expanded.

In 2010, she was offered the role of Operations Manager and in 2015, General Manager. In both capacities she has enthusiastically applied her passion for building teams, achieving milestones, and providing exceptional customer service. As a result, the company has grown over 130% year over year, exceeded industry standard margins, received exceptional customer service ratings, and created an outstanding company culture.

She believes in surrounding herself with likeminded people, committed to excellence and raising the bar. Her team at Titan is one of her greatest accomplishments and feels very lucky to be surrounded by such outstanding individuals.

Russ Palmer began his entrepreneurial journey when he started a carpet cleaning business in 1994 out of a rusty, old white van. It was through this modest one-man show that he was first introduced to the water damage restoration industry. Second to his wife, he had found his true love.

While honing his carpet drying skills, Russ courted opportunities to learn the science of structural drying. The intrigue of moisture levels and the mystery of mold growth became infatuations for him.

By 1998, Russ was fully committed to the restoration industry, forming Floodpro. He quickly earned a stellar reputation becoming known as one of the region’s experts in a technique known as “top-down” drying.

As the industry itself grew with new techniques and technology, Russ remained at the top of his field. In 2005, Titan Restoration of Arizona was born in Mesa, Arizona, making Russ the proud parent of a full-service restoration company.
